Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

The website and it´s services are only for Organizations and Individuals aiming at promoting their business and/or reaching out to their customers and for all the other purposes not involving spread of malicious information/and or applications, threats, Copyrighted materials, disturbing material, anti-social messages, un-solicited conted, banned content, phishing emails, personal information, pornography/related content, restricted material and all other contents which may lead to loss of personal information, damage to worth, defaming, promoting scams, and any such message which is globally or locally un-acceptable and is listed under the category of spam related content or disturbing content.

Activities

1. Malicious Activities
If a user is found indulging into malicious activities over the email-marketing platform, which may lead to spread of illegitimate message or content will be severely dealt with and serious legal actions would be taken for such users while the accounts of any such user will be terminated with immediate effect and no refunds or any communication in that regard will be made.
2. Un-solicited Mails
Any Person/related account found using our services for defaming, or other malicious activities by sending un-solicited mails can be penalised upon intimation from their respective owner(s) and the relevant contact/personal details of such a defaulter shall be shared if desired and strict action would be take n from our side .
2. Transmission of Hazardous information
If you are found spreading any kind of information that can be termed illegal through any of the respective laws of the states through our services, we will not take any responsibility and your contact information would be made available to the judicial/law enforcement agencies that may seek for it, also your account would be terminated with immediate effect and all the credits/facilities/add-ons would be withdrawn and no refund or considerations would be made henceforth.
3. Spreading Terrorism
If any account is found transmitting messages regarding illegal/terrorist activity/extortion etc, we would immediately inform the law enforcement agencies and all the contact/personal information would be shared with them if they present a warrant for the same. Also your activity would be permanently banned and all the activity on our related to that account would be banned from the website..
4. Spreading Disturbing content
If we find that your account is involved in spreading any form of disturbing/mis-leading content we shall terminate/suspend your services temporarily/permanently depending upon the severity of the event and may also provide your details to the law enforcement agencies if they demand so.

5. Information We Collect

  • Information You Provide to Us: When you use the Services, consult with our customer service team, send us an email, post on our blog, or communicate with us in any way, you’re giving us information that we collect.   • List and Email Information: When you add an email Distribution List or create an email with the Services, we have and may access the data on your list and the information in your email.
  • Information from your Use of the Service: We may get information about how and when you use the Services, store it in log files associated with your account, and link it to other information we collect about you. This information may include, for example, your IP address, time, date, browser used, and actions you’ve taken within the application.
  • Cookies and Tracking: When you use Zoikmail, we may store “cookies,” “tags,” or “scripts,” which are strings of code, on your computer. We and our analytics Service Providers (like Google) use those cookies to collect information about your visit and your use of our Website or Services.   • Web Beacons: When we send emails to Members, we may track behavior such as who opened the emails and who clicked the links. We do that to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of Members. To do this, we include single pixel gifs, also called web beacons, in emails we send. Web beacons allow us to collect information when you open the email, your IP address, your browser or email client type, and other similar details. We also include Web Beacons in the emails we deliver for you. We use the data from those Web Beacons to create the reports about how your email campaign performed and what actions your Subscribers took. Reports are also available to us when we send email to you, so we may collect and review that information.
  • Information from Other Sources: We may get more information about you or your Subscribers, like name, age, and use of social media websites, by searching the internet or querying third parties (we’ll refer to that information as Supplemental Information). We use Supplemental Information to develop features like Social Profiles, a tool that helps you learn about your Subscribers and send them more relevant content.
